NCOTA Refund Policy

Refund Policy:
NCOTA membership dues are non-refundable and may not be pro-rated. Membership is not transferable. Registration fees for NCOTA conferences and professional education programs may be refunded, minus a $25 administrative fee, if notification is received by the cancellation deadline published in the event announcement. After that date, no refunds will be given, but substitution is permitted. NCOTA must be notified of the substitution prior to the event and provided with all registration information for the substitute registrant. The substitute must qualify for the same registration rate as the original registrant (e.g. substituting member for member.)
