In order to access the LMS virtual platform where all educational sessions will take place, you will need to access this webpage: NCOTA.mclms.net - (Please note this website is under construction. You will have access starting Thursday, April 7, 2022.)
Once you are on the LMS Platform, you will log in using your NCOTA account information. We highly recommend accessing this website on a computer or laptop device rather than a smartphone or tablet. Please ensure whatever device you are using has a speaker function. Video camera and audio input/microphone are not required, though may be helpful to have.
Within the LMS platform, you will have access to all educational courses. The majority of educational courses will be offered live, though some will be pre-recorded. All of the speakers are open to communication and will be able to answer any questions regarding the content of their presentation either live through the chat feature or via e-mail.
Should you happen to miss a live session that you registered for, you will have access to a recording of the session on the LMS platform until June 30, 2022. Additionally, some speakers have elected to share additional course materials. These materials can easily be downloaded from the LMS platform and saved to your device. At the end of each course, you will have the opportunity to complete a course feedback form and you will receive an electronic copy of your continuing education certificate that will indicate which courses you attended.
Live educational courses will be offered via GoToMeeting or Zoom teleconferencing software. We encourage you to familiarize yourself with the two software's in advance to prepare for our conference kick-off!
We are offering a way to connect with an NCOTA Board Member who can help you resolve any technical issues you may encounter throughout the conference weekend. Please email [email protected] with any questions and someone will be in touch with you. Tech support will be available from 7:00-4:00 on the day of the conference.
